Kim
Owner, Botox Expert
Kim is a board-certified nurse practitioner and owner of The Aesthetic Haus. She completed both her Bachelor of Science & Master of Science degrees in nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia & relocated as needed for her career goals. Although she loves a change of scenery, she will always be a mountain girl at heart! First & foremost, Kim is a devoted wife and mother of two.
When she is not helping her patients look and feel their absolute best she enjoys traveling, fitness, and decorating her home. Kim has a medical background in transplant surgery, orthopedics/sports medicine, and aesthetics. Aesthetics is her passion, and she has always dreamed of owning her own practice. Once relocating to North Carolina to be closer to family and settling down she knew it was time to bring her vision of creating an ultimate beauty & self-care experience for others to life. With a village of support, The Aesthetic Haus was born!
Hannah
Medical grade skincare, facial massage, and IPL treatments
From her first facial to her medical grade skincare routine at age 13, Hannah has been caring for skin for as long as she can remember. She has her parents to thank for getting her involved at such a young age, teaching her the importance of caring for your skin. She worked for a wholesale beauty supply company before receiving her aesthetic license in 2009. She also became a medical device trainer after receiving a master level training certificate in 2014. Hannah has been dedicated to the aesthetics industry for over 15 years and is eager to continue her training and knowledge to bring you the very best treatments in skincare.
Her specialties include: medical grade skincare, facial massage, and IPL treatments.
Hannah’s husband is a local teacher, and together they have two wonderful boys. When she isn’t at The Aesthetic Haus you can find her spending time with her family.
Alli
Botox and Filler
Born and raised in western North Carolina, Alli moved to Winston Salem to work at WFBMC in 2006 as an RN in Cardiology. While at WFUBMC she pursued her Nurse Practitioner degree at Duke University and and graduated in 2010. Over the next 10 years she dedicated her career to enhancing the patient experience at Novant Health in the areas of family medicine and cardiology. She transitioned into a career in aesthetics after receiving aesthetic treatments herself and seeing what a difference it made in her overall wellbeing.
Since 2019, she has trained with the top injectors and trainers in the country. Her commitment to customizing and tailoring each individual's experience and treatment is what makes her the perfect fit for The Aesthetic Haus. When she is not working or training, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brent, her two school aged children Jack and Jenna, and their beloved poodle Wally.
Tanya

Tanya joined us at The Aesthetic Haus from a corporate background, and loves working in a job where she gets to talk to people all day long! Her bright, cheery
smile is one of our favorite things about coming in to The Aesthetic Haus every single day, and she works with tireless dedication to make sure our clients have the best experience and care.
When she's not at The Aesthetic Haus, Tanya loves going to the park and being with the trees and in nature. She also enjoys painting and learning new things online. She is originally from Michigan, but has lived abroad and traveled across the world to pursue her passion of foreign languages and cultures.
Avery
Botox and Filler
From a young age, Avery struggled with acne. After trying many different treatments, she discovered that a great skincare routine and getting regular facials was the key to success. This inspired a love for skin and the aesthetic field. Avery is a board certified Nurse Practitioner originally from Northeast Tennessee. She completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2015 and began working as a med/surg float pool night nurse. When she and her husband Todd got married in 2016, they moved to Winston-Salem where she worked as an outpatient oncology nurse. In 2019, Avery completed her Master’s in Nursing at Winston-Salem State University. Immediately following, she began her career in aesthetics. Having experience administering injectables, laser treatments, IPL, chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and more, prepares her to provide the very best recommendations and treatments to her lovely patients. She and Todd have four fur kitties, Roxie, Oreo, Atlas, and Freya. When she is not busy helping her patients look their best, you can find her scuba diving, bungee jumping, and skydiving. She is also a certified hot power yoga instructor and has visited 39 states and 6 countries so far, with plans to visit many more!
Rachel

Rachel was joined into TAH family in October of 2022. Rachel graduated from Dermacademy in Kernersville and has always had a unique love for Esthetics and Skincare. She has a background in customer service, early childhood education and nursing. When at TAH she enjoys being at the front desk to schedule patients for their next injectable and skincare treatments!
When Rachel isn’t behind the desk at TAH- she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Alex, daughter Rylah Faith who is her everything and their fur baby Paisley. She is so blessed with the best little family!
Jenny
Medical grade skincare and facials
My name is Jennifer Bailey, but y’all can call me Jenny! Being an Aesthetician was not my first career choice or attempt but rather a passion that had always been in the back of my brain and heart. Ever since I was little, I’ve always had interest in all things beauty but went the traditional route after high school and got my Bachelors of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2021. After graduation and working in that field for a bit, I decided I wanted to finally explore my passion in the beauty industry. I got into the aesthetics world in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. I graduated from Dermacademy for Esthetics in September of 2022 and was licensed by October. I am Zo Specialist & Zo Expert certified. I have already learned so much in all things we offer at The Aesthetic Haus. My favorite part of this job is that I get to work with an amazing group of women and meet so many of our lovely patients. Nothing makes me happier than having a patient see & love their skin health transformation! Specialties: Zo Skincare, Hydrafacial, Diamond Glow, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels. Fun facts: I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Andrew. When we aren’t hanging out with our fur children, Tommy & Billie Jean in our free time, you can find us traveling or going to concerts!

Hi everyone! My name is Breanna, but you all can call me Bre! When you visit us at the The Aesthetic Haus you may see me up at the check out meeting and greeting all of you lovely ladies or assisting the girls when they need help :) In July of 2023, I moved from Virginia to North Carolina to be with my sister, Kim! Many of you know her, and although we look alike, we are quite opposite! Being here and taking care of all of you makes my days fly by. While being at The Aesthetic Haus, I have also been finishing high school and looking for my future career! I am hoping to pursue a business degree and still be here at The Aesthetic Haus as much as possible! When I'm not looking after you guys, you can usually find me with my niece and nephew having a blast, or with my sweet fur baby, Maybell. She's an Australian Shepherd who is full of energy and keeps me on my toes.
Daniel
General Problem Solver
Daniel is Kim’s husband & business partner. He comes from an accounting background & joined The Aesthetic Haus full time in early 2022. Daniel has been doing all of the TAH financial reporting & planning, inventory management, & payroll duties since day 1, however he continued his corporate job as an accounting controller until he was needed at TAH full time. Daniel has a double major undergraduate degree in accounting & economics along with a Master’s in Accounting. He loves being able to help out in all aspects of the business, but he especially enjoys helping Kim manage things efficiently and plan for future growth within The Aesthetic Haus.
